Rutile mineral belongs to titanium bearing group given its high natural content of TiO2 . Of the same group are part also leucoxene and ilmenite.
Rutile has the highest TiO2 in the group given its older formation.
Ilmenite decaying over time naturally transforms into leucoxene and later in rutile without human intervention by refining TiO2 content.
IGM has access to different Rutile qualities sorted globally in order to offer the best break event between price and quality with special attention to energy and logistic situation.
VIN+ is a natural RUTILE with excellent TiO2 tenor granted over 96%, top of the class. It is carefully controlled, with a specially thin dispersion chart that eases milling and digestion processes to obtain refined TiO2 , ideal for the manufacturing of welding electrodes, titanium sponges and other excellence products .
