Laser marking

Through the laser marking process that we use both to identify and trace our spare parts and on behalf of third parties, we can mark, number and identify pieces and materials using a laser beam.  The intrinsic advantage of the reduced invasiveness and versatility of the marking that has replaced the now obsolete traditional pressure marking.

IGM offers a marking service that meets the needs of identification, traceability and easy reordering of metal details and pieces.

Our raycap 50W big fiber laser marker  allows you to perform engraving and marking operations with the most advanced technical standards and with a large print area. A simple software integrated into the machine allows easy set up and management of multiple parameters both in 2D marking and for 3D pieces such as pipes, cylinders and more.

With laser marking, small geometric shapes, letters, logos and characters of all kinds can be reproduced in detail. Unlike traditional percussion markers, fiber laser marking guarantees unique readability, always uniform results and incredible speed in preparing the glyphs for printing.

Versatile and permanent marking

Laser marking is permanent, resistant to wear, heat, acid. By acting on the setting of the machine parameters it is possible to create non-invasive markings that do not scratch the surface but which are still visible.
